Look inside Before you Recycle this coupon insert!

This is the redplum coupon insert from this week's Stafford County Sun. There should be a very similar insert in tomorrow's Free Lance Star.

Free with coupon (shelves may be bare now -- fret not -- coupon is good until May 31)

We live in a special town. You can use this coupon to purchase a free snack item at Shopper's Food Warehouse. I clipped four of these coupons for my shopping trip to Shopper's last evening. I have used a previous coupon to purchase the mini rice cakes, on the left, for free. They were $1.89, so free after the $1 off coupon "doubled." Last night I went looking for these same mini rice cakes, but the shelves were mostly bare. Before I left, I thought I would check once more to see if I had missed something. Here were these bags of zesty guacamole Tortillaz. Guacamole is my own personal favorite. There was one bag of nacho cheese, so I brought it home, along with three guacomole, free. Remember, Shopper's in Fredericksburg doubles dollar coupons. Limit of four like coupons for each transaction.

I have also purchased these rice cakes free with coupon doubles at K-mart.

This coupon will double at Shopper's Fredericksburg store, and Giant. (Giant doubles manufacturer coupons up to $.99.) The next time Bloom has triple coupons (Harris Teeter, too,) this coupon will triple there. I bought these pie crusts with similar coupons last fall. They were on sale for $.99, so, free after coupons.

Not free, but a good deal for ice cream. In Fredericksburg, watch for Shopper's Food Warehouse to put Turkey Hill ice cream on sale for $1.99 or 2 for $5.
